Still going fairly well. My strength training, however, gets skipped as often as not. I know better, but....I'm tired. I'm working a lot of overtime at work, and it makes it tough to get my training in. On the plus side, I found a new training guideline that's hopefully going to help me with that walk/run ratio. We'll see. Oh! And I finally get to meet my honor patient on Saturday. I can't wait!
